As mentioned in [2], referring to references is good for your health.
if you want to link to different parts of the document, you can use the text section 1, or section 2.3. Section 1 will work as well. Note that it will not work if it is broken accross lines. So section 1 will not work.
The "References" title ( at the beginning of line) is recognized and made into a header, automatically.
[1] Book one. Note that the reference declaration must start from the beginning of the line, without spaces.
